So this customer can only reach Verizon on Facebook? I think there are a lot more problems if this is the truth. I mean he does have a Verizon cell phone and they do have a customer service number. Also, what are consumers being told to do these days when they have problems? I always gave the company a call, then notifiied the BBB, and then I really didn't know where to go after that.
